Our tech partner Eatron Technologies, for whom we have been handling all aspects of business development in Japan — from market research and localization strategy to channel partner and customer acquisition — has officially established and commenced operations of its Japan subsidiary. This marks the first case where our "Virtual Japan Subsidiary Model," which supports overseas tech companies' entry into the Japanese market, has transitioned into a full local entity.
